Fix for Chrome: Links open in IE

If you've downloaded Chrome 64, you might find some programs continue to open links in IE - Usually MUCK clients.

The fix is to set IE as your default browser, close it, open chrome and set it back as defalt using Chrome's own system.

Setting it during isntallaion or manually setting it in Windows Defualt Programs deosn't seem to do the job.
